Terms of sale
These terms apply when you buy from khushi3dstore. Please read them — particularly the parts about designs you generate, and about files you download.
We are [legal name] of [registered address], [province], Canada. You can reach us at [support@yourdomain.com].
What we sell
- Printed objects — made to order in the material and size you choose, then shipped to you.
- Digital files — the STL, 3MF and full-resolution model of a design, delivered immediately.
- Commissions — a bespoke design, quoted before you pay.
Prices are in US dollars and shown before you pay. Taxes and duties, where they apply, may be charged separately by your own country on import.[Update once you have registered for sales tax — see SETUP.md]
Designs you generate
When you describe something and we generate a model from it, that model is yours to print, keep and modify.
We will never put your design in our catalogue, or sell it to anyone else.What you make is yours. The gallery contains only pieces we designed ourselves. This isn’t a matter of policy alone — the software cannot publish a design belonging to a customer, and there is a test that fails if that ever changes.
You are responsible for what you ask for. Don’t use the studio to reproduce things you have no right to reproduce — someone else’s copyrighted or trademarked design, for instance — and don’t ask for anything illegal, or anything intended to cause harm. We may refuse or cancel any order, and will refund it if we do.
Files you buy
Buying the files gives you a personal licence. You may:
- print the design as many times as you like, for yourself;
- modify it for your own use;
- give a printed copy to a friend as a gift.
You may not:
- sell, share or republish the file — not on a model-sharing site, not in a bundle, not privately;
- sell prints made from it, or use it in a product or service you charge for;
- pass the licence on to anyone else.
If you want to sell prints of a design, get in touch — a commercial licence is something we can talk about, it just isn’t what the download includes.
A file sale is final once you have access to it — see refunds. You confirm you understand this before paying.
Making and shipping
Each piece is made to order, so lead times vary with what you asked for. [State your typical lead time]
We currently ship to 35 countries, listed at checkout. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery; if a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, that is ours to put right — see refunds.
3D printing has tolerances. Small variations in colour, surface finish and dimension are normal and are not faults. Where a design has very thin walls we will say so before you order.
If something goes wrong
Our refunds and returns policy forms part of these terms. Nothing in them removes rights you have under your own consumer law, and rights relating to faulty goods cannot be waived.
Things we can’t promise
Generation is automated and imperfect: a model may not match what you pictured. That is not a fault, and you can see the result before ordering a print. If a generation fails outright, you are not charged.
We aren’t liable for indirect losses — lost profit, lost time, a missed occasion. Our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. That limit does not apply to anything the law says cannot be limited, including death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. We may suspend an account being used for fraud or abuse.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [province] and the federal laws of Canada, and the courts there have jurisdiction. If you buy from outside Canada, the mandatory consumer protections of your own country still apply to you.
Changes
We may update these terms; the version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it. Last updated [date].
