Privacy

This explains what we hold about you, why, who else touches it, and how to get it back or removed. It describes what the site actually does — if you find something here that doesn’t match your experience, tell us, because that would be a bug in this page.

We are [legal name] of [registered address], [province], Canada. Questions about privacy go to [privacy@yourdomain.com].

What we hold

Your account
Your email address, and an identifier from our sign-in provider. We never see or store your password.
What you describe
The prompts you write, the images generated from them, and the 3D models built from those. These are kept in your archive so you can come back to them.
Orders
What you bought, what you paid, and — for anything physical — the delivery name and address you gave at checkout. We never see your card details. Those go straight to Stripe; we only receive a reference to the payment.
Conversations about an order
If you report a problem, we keep the messages and any photographs you attach, so there is a record of what was agreed.

Where it goes

We use a small number of processors to run the store. Each sees only what it needs:

  • Clerk — sign-in and account security. Holds your email and credentials.
  • Stripe — payments. Collects your card details and delivery address directly; we receive the address and a payment reference, never the card.
  • Neon — the database holding your account, designs and orders.
  • Cloudflare R2 — file storage for your images, models and any photographs you attach. The bucket is private; files are served only after we check you are entitled to them.
  • Resend — the emails we send you about an order.

Some of these store data outside Canada, including in the United States. We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it for advertising.

Generating a design

When you describe something, your prompt is processed by machine-learning models to produce images and then a 3D model. That processing happens on hardware we operate. Your prompt is stored against your account so your archive makes sense later.

Emails we send

We email you about things you asked for: an order, a quote, a reply to a conversation. These are service messages, not marketing. If we ever want to send you anything promotional we will ask first, as Canadian anti-spam law requires.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require — generally six years.

Removing a design from your archive hides it rather than erasing it. The record and the underlying files stay, so the removal can be undone and so our own history of work done stays accurate. If you want a design and its files genuinely destroyed, ask us and we will do it.

Your rights

Under Canadian privacy law you may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it where we aren’t required to keep it. Write to [privacy@yourdomain.com] and we will respond within 30 days.

If you think we have handled your information badly and we haven’t put it right, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, or to your provincial privacy regulator.

Cookies

We use cookies that are necessary to keep you signed in and to keep checkout secure. We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies. [Confirm before launch if you add analytics — this sentence must stay true]

Changes

If we change this materially we will say so on this page, and date it. Last updated [date].
